Last weekend my laptop had a disk error, tired many methods but Windows simply refuse to format during installation. Tried external disk drive, even flash drive and there was no way of formatting the hard drive unless I remove it from the laptop and use a portable drive to do it. Below are the photos of how I had operated my laptop.
remove the rubber
removed all srews circle in red
pry open the clip
tilt the monitor 90deg and remove the speaker panel
there are 4 scres for the monitor mounting
remove the screws circled in RED
lift up the keyboard and unplug the connector
remove screws circle in RED
lift up the panel and unplug
unplug the touch pad
lift up the panel
unscrew the hard drive mounting
formatting the hard drive
